NSW Teaching Gems Map

NESA collects the personal information you provide when completing the Teaching Gems map submission form via Microsoft Forms, managed by NESA. NESA uses this platform and the information you provide to allow you to add a gem to the Teaching Gems map and a custom message to a teacher in your school community. This supports NESA in exercising its functions.

The information you provide is only used to enable your submission to be published, following moderation, on the Teaching Gems map, allowing you to provide add a gem and custom message.

Your message and other information you provide will be stored securely on servers used by NESA, located within NSW. It will be accessible to authorised NESA staff members for a limited period and will only be retained while you are completing your submission form and for a short time thereafter. Your message and other information you provide when completing a submission form, will be permanently deleted after 180 days.

The personal information collected from you when completing the Teaching Gems map submission form, will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose, unless required or permitted by law.
