NESA published a Public Register of teachers on 30 June 2022.

No additional information will be displayed.
Some individuals employed in NSW schools may not be required to be accredited because they are teaching courses not developed or endorsed by NESA (for example, religious or cultural studies). They will not appear on the Public Register if they are not accredited in NSW.
Teachers who have had their accreditation suspended or revoked will immediately be removed from the Public Register and cannot be employed to teach in any registered school or approved centre-based early childhood service.
The Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (PPIP Act) sets out the requirements for exclusion from a Public Register.
You may apply to have your name excluded from the NSW Public Register in circumstances where you can satisfy NESA that the safety or wellbeing of yourself or another person would be directly affected by the inclusion of your name.
To request the removal of your name from the Public Register please complete this form. You will be advised of the outcome of your request in writing.
